Cancellation policy

A right of revocation applies only for consumers as defined by § 13 German Civil Code in connection with § 356 (a) German Civil Code.
For commercial and official orders, our general terms and conditions applies exclusively.

1. Right of Revocation

(1) You have the right to revoke this agreement within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party you designate, which is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

(2) In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this agreement by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail). You can use the revocation form below, but this is not required.

(3) In order to maintain the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

2. Consequences of the Revocation

(1) If you revoke this agreement, we will pay you all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such repayment, we use the same type of payment you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will you be charged for these repayment charges. We may refuse the repayment until we have recovered the goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

(2) You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is respected if you send the goods to the address mentioned under 1 (4) before the end of the period of fourteen days.

(3) You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

(4) You must pay for a possible loss of value of the goods only if this loss in value is attributable to a handling which is not necessary for the examination of the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Informations about the Right of Revocation

(1) Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of revocation.

(2) According to § 312 (d) art. 4 (1) German Civil Code, no right of revocation exists for the consumer (as defined by § 13 German Civil Code in connection with § 356 (a) German Civil Code) in the case of the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is subject to an individual selection or a destination by the consumer. Or, which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

(3) In all other cases the consumer is entitled to the right of revocation, as described in the right of revocation instruction.
